My Notes

Edit
On the western side of Five Oaks, this home features a good location with a single roadway access -- Manhattan Ave. The house is a classic 1919 3 bedroom with a single bath on the second floor and a half bath in the unfinished basement. It also features a finished attic, useful for storage, work area or it could become a 4th bedroom. The house is mildly distressed - a few floor and wall sections have been opened to replace most of the plumbing. A buyer with carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills may wish to finish fixing this place up for resale or homestead. Only cash or conventional financing is acceptable. There are no disclosures or warranties available for this home. The most recent owners are out of town and haven't living in it. Therefore it is strictly sold as is, at a highly discounted price.  More Less
