Spacious studio apartment with sunset views located near the resort office. Studio 201 has a fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage and a large fridge, range, microwave, and coffeemaker. This recently renovated ground level apartment has a queen size murphy bed plus a queen size sleeper sofa. The rear glass doors open to a private walled patio with an umbrella table and chairs, as well as a private BBQ grill. The front door opens to a covered porch with an outdoor table and chairs for your morning coffee. The room is just a short walk past the pool and shuffleboards to the white sand of Lido Key beach. All rental units at the Gulf Beach Resort Motel have entry doors with keyless locks, and are stocked with bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and soaps. Each of our vacation rental condos are owned and decorated to the individual owners tastes, and may have other special features provided by the owner.
