Great interior location in quite neighborhood. Single family home that has been recently upgraded with new windows, wood floors, newer roof, remodeled kitchen with granite island and opened to living/ family room. Wall of glass French doors lead to professionally landscaped rear yard. Plantation shutters in all bedrooms. The curb appeal is fantastic with a deep set back and mature trees. The garage has been converted into a bonus room and laundry room( this modification has not been permitted) and is not included in the total square footage.
