My Notes

First off... This is not a short sale or a bank owned property. This is a perfectly good house in move-in condition! In fact, you will be completely surprised by this winner! Walk in the front door, and it actually smells nice! Not like the other junk in this price range. There's a nice big livingroom with lots of woodwork and built-ins.
