Oceanfront with great basics. Updated baths in marble, spa tub, enclosed balcony which adds appx. 200 square feet to the unit. Incredible ocean, coastline and Children's Cove views. Enjoy the glorious summer sunsets, basking seals, pelicans flying in formation and July 4th fieworks. Living at 939 Coast is like relaxing on a luxury cruise liner. The building offers a very secured entry, front desk attendants, valet parking, sparkling pool, spa, sauna and a state of the art exercise room. 939 Coast just completed a new porte cochiere, a new front desk area & glamorous new lobby. There is a theatre room, library, billard room & an executive conference room, plus a party room near the pool. There are even two guest suites that can be reserved for an overflow of guests. Valet parking is $90 per month per car. Easy stroll to shops, restaurants, museums, galleries & tennis courts. You have the blue Pacific at your feet. A truly wonderful retreat in the Village enclave of La Jolla....The elevator shows 21 floors, but there are 17 floors above the lobby lovel. There is no 13th floor and the floor immediately above the lobby is the 4th floor.
