Very solid Craftsman. Detached 1.5 car garage on lot zoned commercial (Perfect for a garage business! Split and sell?).
Greenthumb yard and garden, with green house AND storage shed in back yard!
Neighborhood Description
Some worry about the proximity to Aurora Ave. In 5 years, we have not even seen a single straggler on this street (can't say the same for Lichton Springs on the other side of Aurora). VERY quiet neighborhood street with GREAT neighbors. Even still, this home is mostly shielded from Aurora by other houses, trees, quiet backyard, etc. It has NEVER been an issue in the slightest. And i have to say, Aurora (and nearby Oaktree) actually has quite a bit of handy stores whenever you need (Home Depot, Blockbuster, Starbucks, HT Market, PCC, lumber and auto shops, comcast, gas station, etc...all within 1 mile!).
Up and coming neighborhood Greenwood is 2 blocks away--VERY nice! We shop, eat, bank, and run errands in Greenwood almost every day.
Also, 1 mile exactly from Greenlake--i run around Greenlake 3-4 times per week in the summer. VERY nice!
 

What I love about the home

Very solid, stable Craftsman. NO issues usually associated with an older home--zero cracks in foundation, NO water leakage, NO condensation, VERY warm in winter and cool in the summer.
