Also on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom and full bathroom, great for guess or in laws, family room, living room, and formal dining room. Master bedroom is upstairs, spacious, and has private on suite bathroom. Laundry hookups and washer dryer come with the home. The backyard has a nice shaded patio with beautiful plants and shrubbery. Cars can be parked on the lengthy driveway or the 2 car garage. Bellflower is near the cities of Norwalk, Lakewood, Downey, Paramount, Artesia, and Long Beach. Tenant will pay all utilities. Some furnishings can be left if tenant desires. There is a $40 per applicant (defined as any proposed occupant 18yrs+) non refundable screening fee.Forced air heat and air conditioning.
