This semi-Estate home has a great foorplan. It will need TLC at a minimum and updates if you choose, as it has not been occupied for many years. With that said, it has been maintained. Enter the foyer and notice the VAULTED living room with high ceilings, Architectural Shelving, and real wood flooring with a view to the pool and the sliders that lead out to it. The three way split offers two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and an adjoining bath. On the back side is a large 3rd bedroom with another walk-in closet and an en-suite bath that also serves the pool. The master is very large with a wonderfully large bath that not only features double sinks and a whirlpool tub and seperate shower, it has a huge walk in closet. The family room has a great layout. It features a gas fireplace, lots off room for the TV and also has the amazing vaulted ceiling heights.
