The inviting tiled entry welcomes you to the living areas with a wonderful open floor plan that enjoys beautiful hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. The family room area has gas fireplace, recessed lights, many skylights and high ceilings. The home also has a central vacuum system to make cleaning easier. The spacious kitchen has a large center island and plenty of additional granite topped counter space, ample cabinet & pantry storage, and stainless steel appliances including gas stove range & energy, water efficient dishwasher. A laundry room and half bath are downstairs off the 2 car garage that has finished epoxy floors & good storage. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs plus a 4th bonus room with no closet that would be perfect for an office, nursery or guest room. The main bedroom is spacious and has a private balcony to an outside deck, high ceilings with overhead fan, skylight, a walk in closet, separate double sink area and shower with jetted tub. The outside yard is a great size with concrete patio for BBQing, a lawn, and some landscaping. 

What I love about the home

Well taken care of. Great floor plan layout with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Close to Jose Park and Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Beach.
