You will be hard pressed to find a nicer home in Happy Valley. This one has it all and is convenient to everything Happy Valley has to offer. This home is a beautifully remodeled, mid-century modern home. The house was originally built in 1971 and remodeled starting in 2010; including plumbing, electrical, roof and HVAC. The home boasts 4 great sized bedrooms and 3 full baths. Their are two bedrooms upstairs, including the master with an on-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, a walk-in, tiled shower (with built-in compartments and a foot ledge), separate toilet room, heated tile floors and a custom basket for laundry. Also upstairs is the second bedroom and full, hall bath. The hall bath has a tub/shower with custom tile. The kitchen is HUGE and brand new. Features include massive storage in a multitude of cabinets, brand new Kitchen Aide refer, dishwasher and 5 burner gas cooktop (with pot filler!). There is also a wall oven and microwave combo built in to the cabinets. All these appliances are stainless steel. The single slab, custom granite island, which contains a huge, single compartment sink, insta-hot and garbage disposal, measures 7' x 5' and has room for barstools at the end. The hardwood flooring is only a year old and runs throughout the first floor (except bedrooms). Downstairs there are two huge bedrooms and another full bath. The full bath also has a walk-in, tiled shower. The two car garage is almost double deep and has an extra storage room off to the side. This home also has pre-wired speakers in the living room, an alarm system, the NEST thermostat and triple pane windows on the upper level.
The landscaping is mature and requires little care. The driveway does need to be replaced and we understand this will be negotiated at closing. We are also in the process of adding natural cedar T&G paneling to the front deck and putting a hot tub on the rear deck. Their are 4 raised garden beds on the West side of the home.
This house feeds North Clackamas School district. These schools are typically rated very high as you can see below. This house is walking distance to the Clackamas Town Center Mall, Home Depot, Fred Meyer, Light Rail and numerous restaurants. You are also 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes to the airport. From the living areas and the front deck you have great views of sunsets, OHSU and downtown Portland.

5 minutes to the mall, 10 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to Home Depot and I-205, Views of the City, 4 great sized bedrooms, 3 great bathrooms, new heating and A/C.
