There is even a binder with all the perennials listed, locations, how to care for, etc but it is the most part an explosion of self care color perennial setting ~over 1000 were planted and the majority have lifetime warranties on them. What I love about the home

The huge kitchen pantry that I have never seen one like since; the massive family room with North Park nature walking through (deer, turkeys, etc), the bonus downstairs with fantastic laundry room, a manly premium wood room excellent for a library or den, a 4th bedroom or walk in closet, a furnace room complete with more storage than you can imagine. I miss all my built in storage I had when we lived in this the home and wish I could have moved it with me cross country. The neighbors are fantastic. There is so much storage space in this house. The MASSIVE workshop for my husband was fabulous in the garage and we had a special 2nd parking space for our boat and camper. We were so very happy in this house and miss it terribly. After 34 major surgeries my husband asked his employer about a possible relocation to warmer, drier climate for me and my health conditions - that is the ONLY reason that we ever moved. Had it not been for the excruciating pain every time it rained, snowed, etc in Pittsburgh, we would have lived in that home until we died.
