Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just 1/2 mile outside of Tomah, WI. This split level home offers an open concept in the upper level with vaulted ceilings. Hardwood floors are in the kitchen, dining area, stairs and entry way, new (2012) carpet in the bedrooms and living room. Large windows in the upper level let in lots of sunlight during the day. The kitchen is well laid out and user friendly. The lower family room offers a fireplace and there is a lower level utility room/ mud room/ storage area with access to the garage. A lower level office does have window access and could be used as a bedroom. A paved driveway leads to a two car garage with entry way access. There is a three season sun room attached to the back of the home with a deck. The large yard offers plenty of room for playing, and comes with a productive vegetable garden, and two small flower beds. There is also a cement pad for you to put your own shed on, and a fire ring for camp fires. Many mature and new trees including an apple tree and a peach tree on the property. The room was new in 2010, upstairs windows new in 2012, and new tank-less water heater installed in 2013. Appliances are negotiable. You will have your own well and septic, septic last inspected in 2012. Conveniently located near Tomah WI and Fort McCoy WI.
