One designated covered parking space plus parking for second car and guests. Landlord pays for garbage. Inside designated laundry room (washer and dryer included), wood burning fireplace and private concrete backyard. Central heat and AC. 28 recess lights thru out the house. Maple cabinet and granite countertop/island/web bar, window treatments, vanity and sink top were fully replaced 6 months ago. Vault ceiling in all upstairs bedrooms. Sky light in master bathroom. Tiled and laminated floor downstairs and carpeted upstairs. No pets, No smokers. One year lease. $2,400 deposit and last month rent at sign up. Available January 2nd, 2014. Available for showing but please call for appointment first.
