If you're looking for Cape Cod Charm, a private quiet location on a sandy lane, a sprawling back yard close to Cape Cod Bay and Campground Beach, this is the house for you. This spacious home was recently remodeled and offers lots of room for family and friends. In addition, there's a private two BR apartment/cottage attached to the side which would be perfect for extended family gatherings or to use for rental income. The light bright remodeled kitchen offers a breakfast bar as well as a dining area with sliders to the outside. There are 3 BR on the first floor, one of which has a laundry hook-up if you would prefer a first floor laundry. There are 2 BR and a bath on the second floor.
