The Zillow estimated value of this house continues to rise. This is an excellent opportunity! Motivated seller just reduced the asking price to well below the Zestimate.
The Mobile County Board of Equalization recently reappraised the value of this property to be $70,700 and lowered the annual property taxes to $449. What a great time to buy!

What I love about the home
I love the sunlight it gets. The house faces East so the sun rises in front and sunsets can be enjoyed in back. The well designed floor plan allows you to walk completely around the interior of the house in a full rectangular pattern. I especially appreciate the view from the den/family room through the double glass sliding doors onto the beautiful back yard that has privacy shrubs and "Pride of Mobile" azaleas across the entire back of the fence line. Outdoor water spigots in front and in back are convenient for watering the lawn or garden beds, or for washing your car(s). The brick planter boxes around the front porch are welcoming and gorgeous when planted or blooming.
