The living room has a beamed cathedral ceiling with its huge wall of glass looking north out over the village and the lake to the mountains on the other side of the lake. The living room is equipped with a Vermont Castings wood-burning stove including an optional screen front so the stove can be used as a fireplace. The living room has 3 skylights with one of them operated electrically and one of them having manual operation. The living room has a sliding door access to the wraparound deck. The dining room has a 270 degree view of the mountains, forest, lake and property views. The dining room has a lovely built-in granite-topped cherry buffet with a warming drawer adjacent to a huge cherry cabinet for china and glassware. The dining room also has an optional for purchase oak buffet topped with matching green granite. The dining room has cedar walls and wood flooring and a sliding door access to the wraparound deck. The bottom floor has a gorgeous wood-paneled family room with massive built-in bookshelves and cabinets for extra storage and a wood-burning stove set in a brick-lined alcove and a wood box for firewood that can be loaded from outside. The family room also has a closet and 2 under-the-stairs storage areas and a tiled entry where wet clothes can be hung to dry. Adjacent to the family room is an outside-access room, referred to as the Sun Room with its own deck and its own huge closet/storage area. This room can be used as a sun room, an office, a man cave, a pub room, recreation room or even a bedroom during the summer with spectacular views and the sound of the stream. Also on this level are two rooms that can each be used as an office, workout, bedroom, hobby room, etc. This level has a 3/4 bath with wood flooring. This level also has a complete laundry with folding tables, laundry sink, counter and rods for hanging clothes. It also has a 100 gal. water heater.

Park-like setting, 2 acres of lawn, rock gardens, fruit trees, quarter mile on year-round stream, tons of storage, wrap-around deck and views of mountains, forest and lake, tucked in small valley above village.
