This house is a Cape on 2 1/2 acres with a new detached 16 x 24 garage. The house is 1300 Sq Ft with a walk up attic (potential for an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bath). The kitchen is completely updated. The furnace is 5 years old and all of the plumbing was completely redone 4 years ago. There are three bedrooms and 1 and 1/2  baths. Hardwood floors throughout this open floor plan house. Basement is clean, dry, and open and walks out to the back yard.
