This is a very rare find in Dorchester - a 1200 sq ft brick duplex unit with an exclusive fenced back yard. Lovely, spacious "South End" style condo in great shape with 2 large bedrooms, an open kitchen / living dining floor, 2 full bathrooms, great closet space, in-unit laundry and lots of charm! Easy walk to Savin Hill T, the beach and numerous area restaurants. Newer gas furnace is just a few years old ('08) and water heater was replaced in 2012.

What I love about the home

Feels like a South End condo - but reasonably priced in Dorchester - short walk to the T and several area amenities and restaurants.
