This end unit townhouse at Sutton Village is one of the few that comes with parking for 3 cars! The unit is in move-in condition and all of the appliances will stay! Commuters will love the location on the South Lowell/Tewksbury line with easy access to 3, 495 and the commuter rail! The 1st floor has an office and laundry room off of the garage for additional square footage! The fully applianced kitchen has a nice sized deck to the backyard. Large living room and generous sized bedrooms. The condo fee is also low and there was no special assessment for the new roof that was installed last year. Furnace was replaced in 2007! This home is a must see!
