Located within a stones throw of the much sought after South Lake Avenue, 960 San Pasqual is a fine example of contemporary design. Reputedly designed by architect James DeLong in 1962, this building is just plain "cool". The building is well managed and maintained, very quiet and private, security gated with subterranean parking, a remodeled pool, newer elevator, copper plumbing, and a new central water heater.This second floor home is freshly painted and has scraped and refinished ceilings. The kitchen and dining area have refinished hardwood floors, with the living room having classic parquet. It includes a remodeled guest bath, recently carpeted bedrooms, LED lighting, new window treatment in living room. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space including a deep breakfast bar that opens into the living room, newer dishwasher and microwave. The generous bedrooms both have architecturally unique window placements. The master suite offers plentiful closets and a spacious master bath. A saltillo tiled balcony extends from the living room. The complex offers open hallways and profuse outdoor space. All this is located within walking distance to CalTech, PCC, Macy's, Pavillions, Trader Joe's, and many fine restaurants. 

What I love about the home

Unique Design in the Heart of Pasadena. Walk to Cal Tech or Lake Street. It's an over used word but this place is "Cool".
