Recently renovated, this studio apartment is in the prime area of Beverly Hills within a sophisticated low-rise Manhattan style building restored by architect Peter Choate and designer Waldo Fernandez. The combination of classic finishes with modern interiors includes: high ceilings, crown moldings, French doors, hardwood floors, marble counter tops, Stainless Steel Viking Appliances and Miele washer & dryer. The large shared rooftop deck is a nice touch with lounging chairs. The unit offers an underground parking space with storage locker. The location is quiet yet steps from some of the best shopping in Los Angeles.

What I love about the home

Close to all the shops and restaurants in Beverly Hills. Has been remodeled beautifully. Perfect Pied a Terre.
