The Fairway is a spacious luxury home in the Hiddenbrooke golf course community. Hiddenbrooke was designed by Arnold Palmer and is the only course in the four county area (Contra Costa, Marin, Yolo, Solano) to receive a 4.5 out of 5 star rating from Golf Digest. Your new home features elegant crown moulding, granite kitchen and immaculate yard. For qualifying tenants, you can lease option this home. In other words, you lease as a tenant for one year, and within that year, you have the option to buy the home at $575,000.Minimum option cost is $20,000, which will apply to the future purchase. Monthly payment will be determined by your option payment, credit history and references. Assuming a $20,000 option payment and reasonable credit and references, your monthly payment on this home would be $2,500 with $300 of each month's payment applying to purchase if and when you exercise option and buy the property. Larger option fee will result in lower monthly payments.Unlike a regular rental, you will be planning to make this your long-term home, so you will be responsible for all repairs, maintenance and utilities. This could be a good option for people who may have damaged credit due to the recession, but who now have cash reserves and steady income.
