My Notes

Edit
Very motivated, make us an offer! This traditional center hall colonial has high ceilings and classic woodwork throughout. The grand living room has a beautiful stone mantled fireplace and adjacent sunroom or den. The formal dining room joins a butler's pantry which serves as a pass through to the unique kitchen. Eating area and half bath complete the main floor. Second floor has large master bedroom with attached full bath. As well as the second and third bedrooms and additional full bath. The third floor is finished third floor with a full bath which could make a great private suite. This home has wood floors, crown moldings and many architectural details hard to find in newly built homes. Detached two car garage with large fenced in yard. Well taken care of; new roof in 2008, brick exterior tuck pointed in 2010 and new gutters in 2011. All interior wood trim painted in 2010. And new kitchen cabinets with copper countertop, cast iron sink and dishwasher installed in 2010. All of which make this home a must see if you are looking for the older style home. If you are looking for a new home or one that requires no work this is not the home for you.

What I love about the home

Everything! The size of the rooms, the moldings/trim, the built-in's, the character. If you are in love with the quality and unique characteristics that come along with the homes built in the 20's then you will love this home.
