Available July 15th is this contemporary , two story, three bedroom, two and half bath home of approximately 1840 square feet located in the Oak Hills. This home offers the ambience of quiet country living with the convenience of easy access to the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas. The commute to the Monterey Peninsula is 15 highway miles, Salinas is 10 highway miles. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac with an open area across the way and an unobstructed view of Moss Landings smoke stacks in the distance. A pet with good references will be considered, if accepted a $500.00 pet deposit is applicable.
The first floor features an open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of windows, allowing plenty of natural light to filter throughout. As you step into the home the first thing you'll notice is the wonderful travertine floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room dining room area feature a fireplace which unfortunately is only for decorative use.
The kitchen features a breakfast nook, tiled breakfast bar, gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
The master suite is found the first level of the home, an attached bath features a separate stall shower and tub. Upstairs you'll find two medium guest bedrooms. A small landing is located adjacent to one of the bedrooms, a perfect spot of a small desk or reading area. The upstairs bath features a shower over tub.
A guest bath is located on the first level off the short hall that leads to the attached three car garage on remote. Washer and dryer hookups are located in the interior of the home.
A set of French doors located in the living room lead out the wonderful backyard living space. The yard is fully fence and features about 85 % paved area. Mature trees, including fruit trees, and various shrubs line the back fences creating wonderful privacy. An outdoor wood burning pit is located on the lower patio area, a great place to relax after a hard day's work. You'll find an association pool and tennis courts adjacent to the house across the street.
