This is the property for you if you've been looking for a home in a convenient, close-in neighborhood, on a ski lake, with great space and a large lot. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in 2194 square feet, this home is on an over-sized lot, on private Lake Giles, in a quiet section of the sought after Dover Shores community. Conveniently located with easy access to Downtown Orlando, SODO, the International Airport, and 408/I4/528, it's difficult to find a better location. As you enter the home from the covered porch, hardwood floors greet you and encourage you to enjoy the views of the lake through the large windows at the back of the home. The oversized living room and dining room have a flexible space that can be utilized for either room. The dining room is defined with a step down between columns and features a tray ceiling with crown molding and indirect lighting. Open to the light filled family room, you have great views of the lake. The kitchen features all appliances, granite counters, and a tiled backsplash as well as direct access to the large utility room and the back porch and yard. The sellers are including the high efficiency washer and dryer. All bedrooms are nicely sized with good closet space including a large walk-in in the master. Bathrooms are good sized with more current vanities and lighting. Irrigation is via lake, so no water bill to maintain the yard.
