This one bedroom, one bath unit is gorgeous, has neutral decor and is a must see. It features a living room, dining room and bedroom with gorgeous parquet floors, beautiful tiled floors in the kitchen and custom tiles in the bathroom. The unit has natural light from the many windows in every room and the windows are covered with wood blinds. The eat-kitchen has stainless steel appliances, elegant cabinetry, granite counter tops and pendant lamps. This unit has a view of the bridge from the bedroom and lots of closets.The building has a doorman, parking (waitlist) and pet friendly. Down payment of 20% required.Bay Ridge is a desirable and prosperous neighborhood due to its location, diversity, and vibrant architecture. It offers spectacular waterfront views and easy access to Manhattan, Staten Island and New Jersey.
