Front brick, dual porch home sitting at the entry of cul-de-sac. It is one of the biggest lots in the neighborhood and the home is an executive model. It has 2100 sft of unfinished walk-out basement with 2 rough-ins for future full baths(2) and a complete kitchen. The basement layout was planned to make it into 2 bedroom individual luxury apartment that can be rented out or could be used as in-law apartment for extended families.

What I love about the home

Having the porches that covers both the front entrance as well as the princess and guest bedroom providing their own outer space to enjoy the sunsets. Those two rooms have individual access to the balcony. 2-story family room with an array of windows on east side provide morning sunlight and marvelous moon light through out the house. Grand stone (chardonay) fireplace is the central focal point of the family room that opens to the gormet kitchen with niche upgrades. Study room can be converted to in-law suite as it was connected to a full bath with stand-over shower (5 ft). Master bedroom has coffered ceiling, balcony overlook and great private sitting area. High ceilings (10') through out the home and each and every detail is addressable for masterly finish. Back yard contains well levelled lawn, natural wooded and has protected vegetable garden with raised beds (200 ft).
