Beautiful two level, double master condo on a ravine that has a small creek running through it. In The Village at Willow Brook, ravine units are very different than other condos in The Village. Walk out style, with front door and garage on the first floor, and the back door on the lower level. Could function like a duplex or mother-in-law suite. Open floor plan. Many angled walls for architectural interest. One person said, "The pictures don't do it justice!" The first floor great room with vaulted ceiling leads to a large deck and the lower level has a patio shaded by the deck. Sit out and enjoy the trees and occasional deer. The first floor includes the master suite, kitchen, great room with dining area, half bath, laundry room, and 2 car garage. Large master bedroom has remote-controlled ceiling fan with dimming light, two walk-in closets, and a top-down room-darkening shade. Deep whirlpool bath, separate walk-in shower, Corian surfaces, two sinks, and vanity in luxurious master bath. Kitchen has Corian counters with built-in desk or computer nook, all appliances new within 6 years including double oven range. Ready for gas stove if preferred. Lower level has wet bar, living room, and large master bedroom with 6' by 12' walk-in closet. Large lower level bath has Corian counters, single sink, vanity, and traditional shower/tub. Living areas and baths have recessed lighting. Two gas fireplaces, one on each level. New Rosati colonial casement windows and patio doors. Newer A/C, furnace, humidifier, and water heater. Updated plumbing. Move-in ready - no repairs needed. Added evergreens. Approximately $20,000 in plants, new windows, doors, and appliances. Community heated pool, fitness center/gym, garden, and clubhouse with many activities. Safe neighborhood. Great location, only 5 mi. to OSU and 8 to downtown Columbus via the 315 freeway. Numerous restaurants close by on Bethel Rd., many specializing in international cuisine.
Low utility costs (electric and gas), combined highest for summer $107 and last winter, $200 for both. What I love about the home

This is like living in a park. The back view is beautiful. If you want to talk with neighbors, you can sit out front. The back is perfect for privacy. Even though it is semi-private, few people go out back. This particular condo is very close to the clubhouse. It is spacious and lovely. Nice neighbors and a great location.
