WOW! This house is amazing. Versatile floor plan and in law potential. Gardener's delight and lovely neighborhood. Approximately 200 short steps to Great Herring pond/beach for swimming, boating, kayaks, canoes, jet skis. Newer propane furnace (2011), new water treatment system, new interior paint.
