My Notes

Edit
A very beautiful, peaceful, friendly, safe, environment. All homes are townhouses and flats. The school district is one of the highest rated in Oklahoma. Homeowners dues include keeping the properties in beautiful condition. There are two tennis courts, two swimming pools, clubhouse, and close to premium shopping. All major grocery markets are within two miles. Many outstanding restaurants close by. Many different denomination churches also very close.

    Market guide

Zillow predicts Oklahoma City home values will increase 2.4% next year, compared to a 2.9% rise for Oklahoma City Metro as a whole. Among Oklahoma City homes, this home is valued 2.5% less than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 9.1% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Oklahoma City, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 19.1% higher than in Oklahoma City Metro, and 64.4% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Oklahoma City home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Oklahoma City Metro.
