The house also includes a newer furnace/AC unit and a whole-house air filtration system. House features excellent storage both inside and out, as well as a craft area in the laundry room and a work bench in the two-car garage. Great exterior features a large deck, two separate stamped patios, and tiered landscaping. Fun backyard for all ages!
