1 1/2 story home. 2 bedrooms plus full bath on each level. Original hardwood and new ceramic tile throughout 1st floor. Second floor was all new in 2006 and includes 2 bedrooms and full bath. Brand new kitchen in 2007, including ceramic tile flooring, new cabinets, new electrical and new appliances. New 40 gallon water heater, gas line, and new gas furnace in 2008. Added a family room in the basement with new carpet and paint and new multipurpose room in 2009. Widened driveway in 2010 and added gravel parking pad next to garage. New fire pit in 2010. New roof in 2011. Updated main floor bathroom in 2015, including new tile flooring, new tile tub/shower surround, paint, new vanity top, new vanity light, and new fan/light.

What I love about the home

The central location is great. This is an excellent neighborhood and is close to many schools and parks. We will selling this home in the Spring of 2015 as our family has grown.
