This unique 12.22 acre parcel lot is what is known as a sleeper as it has spectacular views but you need to see it in the fall when the leaves are down to know it (but the trees are all on the lot so it controls its own views). This 12+ acres is mostly in current use but is sold with 0.7- 0.8 acres credited for land out of current use to help keep your taxes down(and no current use penalties as it already has some land out). It has spectacular granite ledges with bear caves and long mountain views, the terrain is both level and sloped and currently mostly wooded. Old log roads are great for four wheeling ,xcountry , hiking , hunting and more. The granite ledges makes for a great place to boulder practice if you are into rock climbing. And if you are not a place to just ponder .Quarry Road is being sold as a private road but built to town standards so that the owners can choose to give it to the town or maintain it as private. It is paved including all the driveway curb cuts .Located halfway between exits 27 and 28 of I93,in the heart of NHs vacation country it has location and yet it is far enough from the highway to not hear or see it .Only restriction is no mobile homes (this does not refer to use of RV- RVs allowed . This lot is at the end of the road for privacy and quiet .
