In addition parcel # 331-03-069(.4871 acres), not shown on this map but attached to both parcels mentioned above is also a buildable lot & is owned by same home owner of 1556 Plateau Av. - If current home on parcel 331-03-107. is demolished 3 new homes closer to Plateau and away from freeway can be built. One home on parcel # 106 and 2 on parcels # 107 & 069 with major allowable adjustments to property lines of both those 2 parcels.

What I love about the home

This lot has great unobstructed views of Santa Cruz Mountains and located in the Los Altos Country Club area. A cul d' sac street and considered very safe for children. This buildable parcel has been apprised in the past with a marketing sales value ranging from 300K to 600K. The same value is estimated for parcel 331-03-069 next to this parcel and owned by same party.
