Where's the Zestimate?
County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. But we are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Zestimate
A Zestimate home valuation is Zillow's estimated market value. It is not an appraisal. Use it as a starting point to determine a home's value.

What is Make Me Move?
Make Me Move is a free and easy way to tell others the price you'd be willing to sell your home for, without actually putting it on the market. The owner of this home added a Make Me Move price with the idea that if they got this price, they might just move!

Tax Assessor's Value
Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

If you asking about the properity you've selected then the price that is shown is what the local city has valued the properity at.

Then if you think he's asking to much, you have to ask yourself this question. Is the properity REALLY HONESTLY worth 75K, if yes...then you can't fault the current owner, If no, well make your best offer if the current owner dosen't bit.....oh well!!

Remember its a buyers market out there!!

Try offering $50,000 and see what happens. Call a lender first to clarify all of the financial details and have lender provide you with a "pre-qual" letter to give with offer for that amount.
