Neighborhood Description
5 Hillcrest Road is located in the Country Club area of Mill Valley, just 2 level blocks from downtown. The Mill Valley Tennis Club, Boyle Park and the Mill Valley Golf Course are a short walk from the home. The neighborhood consists mostly of homes built in the 1950's that have been remodeled and expanded over the last 60 years with the addition of new larger homes that have replaced the old ones. The vegetation in the area is mature with large native oaks, redwoods,bay laurel and other native species with lush cultivated residential landscapes.
