The building features a new intercom entry system, new mailboxes, a shared yard with patio, and coin-operated laundry is on the premises. Please note that if you are planning on only using a cellular telephone at this residence, we will be unable to connect it to the telephone entry system. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the price. The pet policy for this property welcomes cats with references and an additional deposit of $300.00; dogs, however, are not permitted.This unit is Available Now!
