Why Use it?

• Potentially affect your Zestimate^® value — When you edit your home facts, your updates may affect your home's Zestimate value.
• Set the record straight — Our data comes from public records, which can be outdated or incorrect.
• Create your own estimate — Using your updated home facts, create your own home estimate. Make the estimate public to set the record straight or to validate your selling price.
