Branding Requirements

While Zillow APIs are free, we require that you adhere to our branding requirements, as follows:

Zillow Logo

All input and output elements must be accompanied by an approved Zillow logo that links directly to www.zillow.com. Logos cannot be resized or edited. Alt text should be "Zillow Real Estate Search".

Links

The following output elements must be present and link to Zillow.com using the standard linking format on your site, with the appropriate links from the API call.

Address

• Zestimate^® (for primary property searched). Note: All Zestimates must be labeled "Zestimate." Terms such as "estimated value", cannot be used to label a Zestimate.
• Property addresses (for all properties presented — primary or comparables)
• "See more home details about [address] on Zillow.com" (under the results for the primary property searched)
• "See more comparable homes for [address] on Zillow.com" (used for GetComps and GetDeepComps API)
• "See more graphs and data about [address] on Zillow.com" (under every graph shown)
• Display a "As Posted on Zillow" Logo Next to or Above For Sale Prices (used for GetUpdatedPropertyDetails API)
• Display "Make Me Move™ Posted on Zillow" Logo with anchor text "What's Make Me Move™?" next to Make Me Move™ Prices(used for GetUpdatedPropertyDetails API and GetRegionPostings API)
• "See more photos of [address] on Zillow.com" (under photos returned in GetUpdatedPropertyDetails API)
• Display "Contact the Owner or Agent" logo underneath detailed listing data (used for GetUpdatedPropertyDetails)

Mortgages

• "Get custom mortgage quotes, anonymously, on Zillow.com" underneath estimated monthly payment data (used for GetMonthlyPayments API)
• "See more mortgage rates at Zillow.com" underneath mortgage rate data (used for GetRateSummary API)
• "See more mortgage calculators at Zillow.com" underneath mortgage calculators (used for GetMonthlyPayments)
• Display Zillow Mortgage Marketplace logo with link to the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace landing page. Alt text should be "Zillow Mortgages".

City and Neighborhood Information

• Pick one of the following anchor text options if you are using the GetDemographics API, GetRegionPostings, or GetRegionChart API:
• "See More [city], [state] Real Estate Information at Zillow.com"
• "See more [city], [state] home values at Zillow.com"
• "See home value information for [city], [state] at Zillow.com"
• "More [city], [state] home prices at Zillow.com"
• "See [city], [state] real estate and homes for sale at Zillow.com"
• "See [city], [state] homes for sale at Zillow.com"
• Include a footnote "Based on 2000 Census (latest available)" (used for GetDemographics API)
