What are broker feeds?
On Zillow, it is when a broker provides a special URL to Zillow in order to "feed," or transmit the brokerage's home listings from the brokerage company's database so they automatically appear on Zillow's Web site.
Why should a broker do that?
Mostly to get exposure for their listings. Zillow is the No. 2 most-visited real estate Web site and more than half of our users are actively looking to buy or sell a home -- or plan to in the next 1-2 years.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It's free to set up a broker feed and it's free to list homes for sale on Zillow.
I'm an agent. How do I access my listings?
Once your broker sets up a feed, you will automatically get a "Listings Report" e-mail from Zillow. In the e-mail, you will need to click the "Activate Account" button in order to update or change your listings.
How quickly do the listings appear on the site?
Once a broker sets up the feed and the feed is working on Zillow, the listings will appear on Zillow within a few days.
