How can I use Zillow.com data on my own site?
You can sign up to use Zillow® data on your site via the Zillow API Network. Not only can your users get Zestimates, but the API also offers Zindexes, historical sales, and comparables. It's easy to do: Read the benefits of using the API.
Can others "scrape" Zillow.com data for use on their own sites?
Much of our data is licensed to us only for use by consumers on the Zillow.com site. That means that scraping data or distributing it on other Web sites is not allowed, except in the case of permitted search engines. See our Terms of Use for more info on this.
