What are profiles?
Your profile is a place for you to tell other community members about yourself. All of the contributions you make on Zillow will link directly to your profile.
How can I update my profile?
You can access your profile through My Zillow. Just click on the My Profile tab, then click the "Edit" link in the Contact Information section of your profile. If you'd like to add or edit your About Me section, click "Edit" in the About Me box. You can also track your activity — the homes you post for sale, the questions and answers you write, and the Zillow® Real Estate Guide pages you create or edit — directly from your profile page.
Can I delete my profile?
Sorry, you cannot delete your profile. However, to display only the minimum amount of information required, simply do not fill out the Contact Information and About Me sections of your profile (or delete the information in these sections if you've already added it).
I see a profile that contains objectionable content. What do I do?
Please click the "Flag content" link on the profile, and Zillow Customer Support will review it.
Who can create a profile on Zillow?
Anyone can create a profile — whether you're a buyer, seller, agent, homeowner, or real estate professional. Basically, anyone involved in real estate on a personal or professional level can create a profile.
Who can see my profile?
Anyone can see your profile. However, your profile has a public view — the version everyone else sees — and a private view, which is your administrative view. To see your profile's public view, go to My Zillow, then open the My Profile tab and click "See public view" at the top of your profile page.
Where will my profile appear?
Your screen name and a link to your profile will appear anywhere on the Zillow site where you make a contribution, including the Zillow® Real Estate Guide or in home comments. Also, if you uploaded a photo of yourself, a thumbnail photo will appear next to your screen name.
