Can I print my house information?
Sure — click on the "Print" button on the right side of the home details page. You can also sign up to get e-mail updates on your house (or other houses) so you can stay on top of changes. And remember to come back because the Zestimate and other information will be updated regularly.
Why am I receiving e-mails from Zillow.com? How can I stop getting them?
Your e-mail address was used when you signed up for e-mail updates. To stop the e-mail updates, click on unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-mail. Or, go to My Zillow, click on My Account and uncheck any e-mails you no longer want to receive.
The home search doesn't work on my computer. What's wrong?
It could be that you are using a browser that we do not support. We support the following browsers:
Windows
- Internet Explorer 7
- Internet Explorer 6
- Internet Explorer 5.5
- Firefox 2.0
- Firefox 1.5
- Firefox 1.0
Note: We are no longer fixing problems that may appear in Firefox 1.0. You are welcome to try using it, but we recommend upgrading your browser to Firefox 1.5 or above.
Mac
- Firefox 2.0
- Firefox 1.5
Note: The search may not work if you are using a plug-in that blocks Flash applications, such as Flashblock for Firefox. If you have a Flash blocking plug-in installed, add www.zillow.com as an allowed site on your pop-up blocker list so you can perform searches.
Also, with the exception of the Zillow® Real Estate Guide, Zillow will have full compatibility with the Safari browser once the Mac OS X Leopard launches (Fall 2007).
Hey, I still can't get any search results. What else can I do?
We heard that some people experience constant search failures and after investigating, we discovered some third-party software installs a corrupt version of Microsoft's XML parser, which is what we use to drive searches through Internet Explorer. You can fix the problem by installing the most recent MSXML4 Service Pack 2.
I'm having problems accessing your site. Is there something I need to install?
In order to use our site, you'll need to install the Macromedia Flash Player version 7.0 or higher. Please go to the Macromedia site to download it — it's free!
