    Lafayette Tecumseh Jr. High School is a fabulous school with a tremendous staff and administration. It should be mentioned that just recently a member of the teaching straff was nominated for The Presidential Award for Excellence in Math or Science Teaching. The performing arts program(s) are very strong with several music groups and clubs. The athletic facilities and opportunties are as good as any where in the state. Lafayette Tecumseh Jr. High School is fortunate to have a diverse student body which encompasses many different races cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. It is truly an institution that provides each student with an opportunity for success while creating a solid foundation for high school and college preperation.

    This school has taught me alot and not just what I need for school. The teachers are frendly and are willing to help. This school has a large variety of extrcurricular activities.
