There are fights every day and the teacher's are not able to control the students.

I attended this school a few years back. Honestly I have to say this school is terrible when I attended every time you turned a corner there was a group of thugs and thuggets smoking out. There were fights every which way and kids ran the place. If you werent top dog or ran with top dog you werent anything and youd either get beat down or ran of school. I left the school because a kid wouldnt leave me be to my studies and one day even attacked me on my own street. So I had a restraining order placed against him and the laws of the restraining order stated we were to not attend classes together or lunch because HE attacked me. Instead of replacing him in different classes and lunch I was placed back into 6th grade classes and lunch. While i was repeating a grade my attacker was getting his full education. Why? I do not know nor care. Fact is this school is terrible. And id suggest you keep your children as far away from this school as you can. Unless you want them to either become victims or offenders. Because one or the other is guarenteed to happen. Plainly put. Worse school I have ever attended in my life. Now im struggling because of THIS schools mistake. Thank you!

I have heard SO many BAD things about this school like lots of fights bad kids beating up and somethings that are unmentionable on this GreatSchool's site. This school doesn't even DESERVE to be on this page because it's NOT a GreatSchool AT ALL. The bus is totally inappropriate on what the boys and girls are doing HOW did this come to this? Why would the principal allow this?? How many times has this school been on lockdown??

I went to this school for my whole middle school career and let me tell you it's worse than you people have heard or think. Kids run the school. The staff is there to ensure that no one kills each other. To be honest I'm surprised that no one has died or been put into a coma from kids beating each other to pieces. I watched the school fall apart. I finally left last year and I found out what real school was like. I highly advise that you keep your children as far away from this school as you can.

This school is out of control. We had to transfer my daughter to this school after we moved. The teachers seem to care for the kids but their hands are tied by higher ups. Their is no leadership. The "bad" kids run the school with no fear. My daughters 45 min bus ride each way is a lesson on rapping swearing and overall how to become a thug in one school year. The state needs to do something NOW. If you are moving to the area get your kids on the academy waiting lists!

The school is terrible. It appears they are only babysitting the kids and send them on their way at the end of the day. It appears that no one cares to really take time and help the students with one on one time

This is the most unorganized school my child ever attended. The security is the most lenient I have seen.
