Organized with a capital O! My son just registered for the 9th grade and this his first year at a public school and the staff were very welcoming and friendly during the process. The UHS school administrators are to be commended on how organized they run this school. My son comes from a small charter school and they are not organized and the staff members are not friendly. I am confident that my son will have a great education and valued experience at UHS school.

Overall I really believe this is a great school especially since it is a very large size school and still they're well organized. Our pricipal and asst. principals appear to have great leadership skills. Real teamwork is obvious dedicated caring teachers are always hard at work there a large variety of exracurricular activities available. There are many opportunites for parent to be well informed and involved. Safety and discipline is a real priority here. I have three children and have chosen to live in Laredo for the School. I'm a proud parent of two United High School graduates and a sophmore student still attending.
Teachers are very dedicated to the students..
