My child transferred from a STEM school on Galveton Island. She is SO much happier here. She says 'everyone' is nice and the atmosphere is so much more friendly.

I attended this school for 2 years and I must say it's an amazing school! The kids here at times can get rowdy but that's only because they're in their youth and it's all in good harmless fun! Sure there are cliques and sometimes kids might not get along but that's with every school! It seems every here has a good heart and my friends here are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I'm going to Clear Springs this year but I definitely will miss this school dearly! The staff is kind and caring and the teachers at times can be strict but overall have a good heart and they want what's best for their students. As for what was said below about the teachers/counselors I strongly disagree. The counselors were very supportive and helpful with all the questions I had about the gifted and talented program high school and what classes were available to me. If something offensive/inappropriate is said during class and is heard by the teacher action is certainly taken! In fact a teacher once gave someone a detention for his sexist remarks and taught them a lesson on how to properly treat people of the opposite gender. That's a lesson I hope he never forgets! Great job!

This is my daughter's 3rd year at this school. She has always been happy here never complains. She loves and respect her teachers principal counsellors and all others. Principal as we see him in school events is an exceptionally kind and affectionate to kids and a very responsible person. Teachers love the kids irrespective of race color or background and helps kids to learn at their best. Thet are always very cooperative with us. We are fortunate to have our daughter spent her years in this intermediate school.

This is my daughters first year at Creekside and we have been extremely happy. The front office staff are always kind and very helpful. The teachers are excellent.

I disagree with the statement about the counselors not caring. This school was my tenth school. I am currently a freshman at the highschool next door. The name calling in this area is just that. It isn't even vulgar with the exception of the kid getting picked on. The bullies here are easy enough ignored and the counselors are the way they are because they can be. Your child is not likely to run into anything more than maybe an emotional debate about something that both parties are uneducated about. The teachers are amazing and there are many programs open for growth. It is a well balanced school where students can take risks while risking very little. The rest of the rating is explained by TAKS scores.

We moved to League City for this school district and used Great Schools to eval the individual schools. Creekside has been an amazing school and confirmed we made the write choice. We are moving again but we will NOT be leaving CCISD.

I strongly disagree with the person under me. I go to this school currently. This school is a very good school for me. I have learned a lot at this school. This school is very safe. No changes it's good as it is.

I strongly disagree with this school. I rate it a one if anything at all. The counselors do not care about parent concerns kids are out of control. There is name calling in classes with no discpline. I think this school should be strongly reevaluated by the Board and have major changes to make school safe for all children. Very poor.

My son has attended Creekside for 3 yrs. It has been the best school. The principle couselors teachers and all other staff have been great. I am so glad he was able to attend this school. There was no type of worries knowing my son was there.

Creekside is a great school. I just wish the kids had more homework. My child is in all PreAp classes and never studies or has homework and he still gets all As.

I think that this school is a very good school. The teachers are strict but not to strict. They could be a little more strict on grades and a little less strict on homework.
