What is it?
My Estimator is a tool anyone can use — for free — to create your own home valuation estimate. Use it to fine-tune your home's value — or anyone else's.
Why Use it?
- Selling a home — Help set and validate your selling price. Then make your estimate viewable to the public so buyers can see how you arrived at your price.
- Buying a home — Help figure out a fair market value so you don't pay too much. Enter the home's unique features, work with the comps, and determine an offer price.
- Owning a home — Keep track of your most precious asset — your home — by logging information into the tool and then getting an updated value. Updates to your home facts may affect your home's Zestimate® value.
- Remodeling plans — See how your home's value would improve with the addition you've always wanted. Plug in the numbers and see the results!
