If you're a athlete you'll do well here. If you're not you'll be miserable your whole high school career. The teachers are average but the "high" staff are an embarrassment to be acknowledged with in the sense they're rude to the students. I love foreign language but I had to learn on my own here for the two languages they do offer aren't actually taught. I knew more Arabic in five minutes of looking at a book then the students did Spanish in one whole year. The students are typically rude and annoying however that's what you would have to deal with anywhere in this area. This school could improve if it told its teachers to actually teach the students. Allowing the students to sit on their phones playing turtle sex noises(yes the children do this ) rather than teach them like they should be taught will breed a new era of United States citizens whom can't fend for themselves in the real world. And just a note if you speak foreign languages for fun like Arabic German or Russian your peers will mock you and call you weird. However they'll do it in such a moronic way it would entertain you. If you're looking for entertainment come here. If for an education don't.

I believe that Logan High is a very successful school in that it allows its kids to experience so many different things such as things that will benefit them later on in life. For example the students are exposed to drugs alcohol sex and other dangerous things that most would think might be bad for the kids; however I think that being thrusted into the environment allows the children to learn how to make the right decisions about life influencing situations. Logan High also has very good Algebra and English teachers such as Cynthia Ooten and Elizabeth Thompson. The children may complain but in the end they learn more than they would have in other classes. John E. Godby keeps the Prayer Club going also allowing the kids to be exposed to Jesus Christ which I believe is very significant. It may look shabby but Logan High is a good school.

The classes do not teach enough and the the principle and staff have lost control of their students

Although I enjoyed the school when I was a student as a college student I now know that the school did not prepare me well for college. Academics are the main deficiency of Logan High as the required material is rarely covered with the exception of 3-4 teachers. Outside study is highly recommended for students unless they want to play catch-up in college.

I graduated from Logan High School. The school is very lacking in its academics. Very few of the classes cover the required curriculum and the standardized test scores reflect the problem.

I attend Logan High School. The teachers are very good at their jobs and care about their student. The many sports and other activitys are staffed by great teachers and coaches.
