Excellent school!!! Small number of students. Teachers are very engaging to all student. Sometimes one on one. I have two kids - one in elementary and one in pre-school- both love to go to the school. Teachers are all speaking to students in very positive way. Well organized. Together with teachers parents are very involved and communicate each other well. Good community for parents as well. It is great when you decided to have your kids learning in Japanese.

My son is enrolled in the Saturday classes but we would really like him to attend the regular weekday school it is that great of a school. There's no doubt in our minds that Nishiyamato is providing high quality Japanese instruction. The school is extremely well planned. The clear expectations for both parents and students guarantee the school runs smoothly. Just come by to watch how they manage pick up and drop off sometime if you want an example. The teaching staff is nurturing of all aspects of the child; academic athletic and moral. Above all they create a classroom environment that values excellence and values respect for others. Kobayashi Sensei interacts one on one with each student through crafts sports and writing. She has made my son excited to go to school for a sixth day in the week!
